| President | William J. Reidy, MSW Clinical Adoption Subject Matter Expert Planned Systems International, Inc. Previously Mr Reidy was Deputy Director Co-Occurring State Incentive Grant Initiative for the District of Columbia Department of Mental Health. He servesd as the principal professional responsible for the redesign of care for patients with co-occurring disorders within the District of Columbia. He also served on the expert team which created and operates “SAMHSA’s Center of Excellence for Co-Occurring Disorders”, under contract with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s Center for Mental Health Services and Center for Substance Abuse Treatment. Prior to these responsibilities, Mr Reidy was the Regional Director of Behavioral Health Services for Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States, Division Director of Mental Health Services for Kaiser Permanente Northeast Division, and the Director of Mental Health Services for the Community Health Plan. |

Ryan, PhD, RN, FAAN Professor, Charlotte Peck Lienemann & Alumni Distinguished Chair Director, International Nursing Education Programs University of Nebraska Medical Center College of NursingDr. Sheila Ryan’s career includes 22 years experience as dean of two nursing schools: the University of Rochester School of Nursing and Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Since 1986 she also served as Director, Medical Center Nursing. During these years as she was responsible for program growth, improved governance and planning strategies, and unique, financially sound practice initiatives. She presently holds the Charlotte Peck Lienemann and Alumni Chair in Nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing in Omaha, NE.Dr. Ryan served on the governing boards of The Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Inc. (IHI) and, the American International Health Alliance, Inc. (AIHA) She has served as Chair of the Robert Wood Johnson/Institute of Medicine Health Policy Fellow Selection Committee, and on several National Academy of Sciences committees as a member of the Institute of Medicine. |
| Secretary | Robin Dea, M.D. Former Regional Director, Mental Health Services Chair, Chiefs of Psychiatry Kaiser Permanente Northern California Oakland, CA Robin A Dea, M.D. received her medical training at the University of New Mexico, and residency training in psychiatry at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She has been a psychiatrist at Kaiser-Permanente Medical Center in Redwood City since 1979 has been the elected Chair of the Chiefs of Psychiatry and Regional Mental Health Director for Kaiser-Permanente Northern California since 1991. She led a complete re-design of the mental health and chemical dependency system for Northern California Kaiser-Permanente in the period 1992 to1996, a system currently serving the behavioral healthcare needs for 3.1 million members. She is currently involved in research into the use of the internet as an adjunct in the treatment of depression and bipolar disorder. |

| Kathleen M. Reynolds MSW, ACSW Senior consultant National Council for Community Behavioral HealthFormer Executive Director Washtenaw Community Health Organization Ypsilanti, MI Kathleen Reynolds, MSW, ACSW was the Director of the Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO). The WCHO is the local Community Mental Health Services Program, the Substance Abuse Coordinating Agency and receives primary health care capitation dollars for Medicaid and indigent consumers. Ms. Reynolds has over twenty five (25) years experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. Her clinical specialty is in the area of Dual Diagnosis having developed the Mental Health Center’s Dual Diagnosis program in 1985. For the past seven years Ms. Reynolds’ primary emphasis has been developing Integrated Health Care Models for Medicaid and indigent consumers. Ms. Reynolds graduated from the University of Michigan, School of Social Work in 1982. |
